Best Books of 2015

This year I'm posting about my Best Books of 2015 and my Best Re-Reads of 2015. I started with the latter, but now finally doing my best books post :D I have read 105 books this year. Goodreads says one less, but that is because I read Fairest twice this year. Ack. I wish I had read more, as one hundred feels like so little. But I wasn't able to read more. Sometimes I didn't feel like reading at all. But other times I wanted to read all the time. But I can say that this year I read the best books I have in a long time, I think. I re-read so many. See my Best Re-Reads of 2015 post here. <3 So many amazing books read and re-read this year. The first three are definitely the most favorites, but the rest might be randomly placed. Maybe. And Henry would never go away without saying good-bye.

Daisy considers all the obvious explanations for Henry's disappearance (federal witness protection program, alien abduction) before breaking into Henry's house. In his room, she finds a note that pleads, SAVE ME.

Review: My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand & Brodi Ashton & Jodi Meadows

I'm so glad I read this book today. Took me ages, but it was so worth it. I could not stop reading at all. This book was all kinds of exciting and fun and interesting and oh so beautiful. My Lady Jane was different from what I had been expecting. And in such a good way too. I had hoped to love it, and I'm so glad I did so.

I do not know how to talk about this stunning book. First there is that gorgeous cover. I cannot with it. It is so pretty. I want to own a print ARC of this one the very most. Must go look for it. But if not, I can't wait to own the finished copy next year, but not until June. Ahh. Not sure I can wait that long to own it, lol.

There is so much I adored about this book. I'm not sure where to begin. The writing is simply perfection. I don't know how to describe it. But I loved reading this book at all times. I loved how there were a few small notes from the authors included inside too. It was awesome. It is told from three different point of views, and I adored all of them. And how they fit together. And how amazing they all were. There are a lot of gorgeous characters in this book. I simply adored getting to know all of them. And read about their relationships with each other. It was so much fun. The time period this one is set in is so amazing too. Some things are historical, but other things are made up. I loved it so much. Liked the history parts a lot in this one.

The plot in this book is simply stunning. I loved every second of it. But how do I describe it.. ack. I don't feel like what I will say next are spoilers, because you can read it yourself on the Edelweiss page for this book. But yeah. There are people who can turn into animals in this book. And it was so special to read about. A bit different. And a whole lot of amazing. I loved reading about it and getting to see characters turn into cute animals. It was cute and fun. And it also made a lot of sense. There are ferrets and more.

I don't know where to begin with the characters. There is Lady Jane, whom I adored so much. She loves reading books. And she's just a really sweet person. But also so fierce and a bit mean at times. I adored her. She is being forced to marry, because her best friend and cousin, King Edward, is dying. And oh, Edward. I loved getting to know him. I loved him so much. Reading about him in pain was so painful. Sniffs. But yeah. I loved him lots. And seeing him fall for Gracie was so cute. I just adored it so much.

Jane is getting married to Gifford aka G. And aw, I loved this boy. He is the sweetest. Yet a bit dumb at times too, but I didn't blame him for that. I loved reading about them slowly falling in love. Sniffs. So cute. But also a bit annoying, and had some parts I didn't like. There was a bit of drama I didn't approve of. Sigh. But nothing bad. And no triangles. Just a sweet romance. Oh, and not to forget that G turns into a horse all day long. Ack. It was so complicated yet totally awesome too. I loved reading about it.

I'm not going to say much about the characters. Just that I adored all of them. And getting to know them all was so interesting. And I couldn't have loved them any more than I did. And I adored every one of them and wanted to know what would happen next to them all. Ack. This book was long. I wish it had been even longer. I loved the story, though I haven't said much about it. And I won't. Just know that it was interesting and I loved it. The characters were the best. The writing oh so good. An amazing book.

My Lady Jane was the most incredible story. I loved reading every page of it. The story is so exciting and a bit heartbreaking and all kinds of romantic. This book was special and unique. I'm so glad that I read and loved it. I just wish there could be a second book. Sigh. I want more of Jane and G and Edward and Gracie and the dog, Pet, who was so interesting to read about. There is kissing. I wish there had been more. But I loved what there was. This was a long book. But I really wouldn't have minded more of it.

This book was just simply amazing. Sure, I had a few issues with a few small things, but mostly I loved it a lot. I have only read books by Jodi so far, but so curious about the other two amazing authors. Must check out their books. I love that all three of these lovely ladies wrote this book. They made it amazing. I know that there will probably never be a sequel, but I want one. Or at least more books like this one by these awesome authors :) Fingers crossed. I would read it in a heartbeat. You must all read this book :)

Biggest of thank yous to Cynthia and Brodi and Jodi for writing such a clever and stunning book. I'm so glad I got to read it early. And I'm thrilled that I loved it so much. It's a favorite of mine, for sure. And thank you so much for the publisher for having auto-approved me on Edelweiss; so that I managed to download this one before it went away the day after. Means so much to me. If you have the chance to read this book early, you really should do so. It is such a different book. And oh so special. I promise.

Got no print books this week, but I did get an eARC, so sharing about that one :D I have not read a single thing this week. But yeah. It has been Christmas. And been so stressful too. I am done with the advent calendars each day, though, so that's good :D Just wish I had won more than one thing. Ugh. Fingers crossed they will email me next week, lol. But I have been accepted after I got declined, and it was the best thing. I'm super excited about this book. As I loved The Storyspinner. But I also don't remember much about it at all, lol, so I need to re-read it in January before I read this one. <3 I'm so excited. Have you read it yet? I hope to love it so badly :D

Waiting on Wednesday #219

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

A GATHERING OF SHADOWS (A Darker Shade of Magic #2)
BY V. E. SCHWAB

Goodreads Description:

Four months have passed since the shadow stone fell into Kell’s possession. Four months since his path crossed with Delilah Bard. Four months since Rhy was wounded and the Dane twins fell, and the stone was cast with Holland’s dying body through the rift, and into Black London.

In many ways, things have almost returned to normal, though Rhy is more sober, and Kell is now plagued by his guilt. Restless, and having given up smuggling, Kell is visited by dreams of ominous magical events, waking only to think of Lila, who disappeared from the docks like she always meant to do. As Red London finalizes preparations for the Element Games—an extravagant international competition of magic, meant to entertain and keep healthy the ties between neighboring countries—a certain pirate ship draws closer, carrying old friends back into port.

But while Red London is caught up in the pageantry and thrills of the Games, another London is coming back to life, and those who were thought to be forever gone have returned. After all, a shadow that was gone in the night reappears in the morning, and so it seems Black London has risen again—meaning that another London must fall.

In My Mailbox #216

December has gone by so fast for me. I have been busy doing so many contests each day, and so far I have won nothing. Sniffs. Fingers crossed for this last week. This week started out with no reading. But then HarperTeen added books to Edelweiss. And I couldn't help myself. Got a bunch. And I read This Savage Song the next day. It was perfection. Sigh. Such a good book. I'm planning on starting My Lady Jane tomorrow, and I simply cannot wait. So happy about all these awesome books. Just wishing I could have print ARCs. Sniffs. Living in Norway sucks. Hmph. But yeah. I didn't get much mail this week, and since I have such limited space, I'm not getting that much in the future either. Mini Review: The Burning Hand by Jodi Meadows

Finally had the chance to read this precious novella today. And I'm glad to say that I liked it a whole lot. Sigh. I adore this world that Jodi has created. And getting to read so much about Tobiah two years before The Orphan Queen is all kinds of perfect. I love getting to know this precious boy; whom I adore so much.

I'm not sure what I can say about this short story, though. Because it is very short. Yet pretty amazing even so. I just loved getting to know Tobiah a bit more. And reading more about James as well. I love their friendship. Also got to read more about Tobiah's parents. And I just. I don't like them at all.

I'm not sure if I remember that secret in this one, though. Ack. But then I remembered a The Mirror King secret. Sobs. And now my heart is all kinds of broken again. How mean. I have decided to give The Burning Hand four stars, because while I loved it, I also had some issues with how it was written. Which makes me a bit sad. But I also do love the writing. And I adore Jodi the most. She's amazing. And these books of hers are so good. Now I'm dying for the fourth and final novella. Ack. It is going to be awesome. Because there is a villain in this stories. And he is not yet dead. And I want him dead a lot. So yeah. Very excited for the last one :D

I'm not going to say much more about this one. Just that I thought it was awesome. It is a short and quick read. And I'm so glad I finally read it. I'm also forever grateful to the fact that I have already read The Mirror King, sigh. It was such a perfect sequel. If you all haven't read these books yet, then you really must do so. Because they are awesome. And, yeah, I very much suggest reading The Orphan Queen first. Or you will be spoiled. Also, I loved a sighting in this one a lot :) It was pretty awesome.

Review: This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab

Goddamn. This book was amazing. I knew it would be, but yeah. It was even better than I had hoped. The writing is all kinds of gorgeous. So stunning. And the story is perfection. The characters are all amazing to read about. I could not have loved this book more. I also couldn't stop reading when I started this.

I know, it isn't out until June next year. But once I saw it up on Edelweiss yesterday, I knew I could not wait at all. I have been wanting to read this precious for so long. I had to read it right away. And I'm so glad I did. It was just what I needed. But oh, I guess I must now wait forever for the sequel, lol. Will be hard.

I don't know how to describe this book. Just that it was different from what I had imagined. And in a good way. It was better than I had hoped, and I had hoped for perfection, as I adore the books by Victoria that I have read so far. I think this might be my favorite book by her. I can't fully decide. But either way, August is my favorite character that she has written. Because damn. He was all kinds of perfect. Shy and cute and secretive and soft and sort of innocent and just the best boy. I wanted all the best for him. Which is why my heart is all kinds of hurting right now, after that ending. I'm so worried. Yet so excited. And oh, how much I need the sequel right away. Pretty please. I know I will love it the most. Waiting will be torture.

How to even explain this book. I'm not going to talk about all of it. But I want to mention some parts. This is the story of August Flynn and Kate Harker. They are the children of the leaders for this town that is split in two. And there is so much I can say about them. But first the story. The town is split because of the monsters. The Malchai and the Corsai. Shudders. They are both so horrible. Yet also the most interesting to read about. Such brutal killers too. I loved reading every moment of this book. So much.

I'm not going to mention all the things, because that would be boring. Just know that this town was all kinds of interesting to read about. Lots of bad people, monsters and humans. A lot of this book takes place in school, which I wasn't expecting, yet I loved the most. It needed to be. And I pretty much adored it. Because I loved August and Kate oh so much. Reading about them both was the best. I loved that this book is told from both their point of views. And I loved them both just as much, probably.

August is one of the monsters. But a different kind. A Sunai. Which was all kinds of interesting and exciting to learn about. There are only three. August and Ilsa and Leo. I loved that they were sort of a family. I loved reading about Ilsa. She was incredible. So sweet. And broken. I loved her so. And Leo. Ugh. I could not stand him. But I loved reading about him even so. Getting to know what they could do, how they had to kill people, the way it was done, it was the best part of the book, I think. So awesome.

Kate is the daughter of a bad man. Yet she wants to be just like him, for a while. I loved getting to know her. I think she was an amazing person. And my heart broke getting to know about her mother too. Just. There were so many secrets. I loved getting to know them all. Her dad was so awful. I hated him. And his shadow. Damn it. Sloan was the most awful. Shudders. Yet a bit fascinating too, in a weird way. I don't know how else to say it, but I really loved Kate. I loved how fierce and kind and awesome she was.

There is no romance in this book. Victoria told me that. Yet I saw romance all the time, lol. There are no kisses. No touching hugs. So, yeah, no romance. But there is a beginning of a romance. And I ship August and Kate the very most. I think the sequel will be all kinds of awesome. Sigh. Well, I hope so. That ending was mean. Just, oh. This book made me so happy. And heartbroken. And it made me stress so much. I loved it to pieces. It could not have been better. Plot was so good and exciting. Just, perfect.

I have so much I want to say about this book. I don't know how do say it all. But I'm trying. I loved it the most. There are monsters. There are killings. And lots and lots of blood. There are some amazing moments between August and Kate that I loved reading about. Their relationship is a bit up and down, but I think they end up as awesome friends. At least, in my eyes. I loved how they got to know each other, despite how short of a time period this book takes place in. They did get to know each other.

I just. I loved August the most. Watching him struggle about being a monster was heartbreaking. And the most amazing. When this book comes out in June, you must read it. If you can read it sooner, do so. It is worth it. I promise. This Savage Song was such an epic book. I loved it to pieces. It was exciting and dangerous and heartbreaking. The story was incredible. I loved every moment of this book. And I simply cannot wait to read it again and again. I love how amazing Victoria made this perfect book. <3

AND I DARKEN BY KIERSTEN WHITE

Goodreads Description:

NO ONE EXPECTS A PRINCESS TO BE BRUTAL. And Lada Dragwlya likes it that way. Ever since she and her gentle younger brother, Radu, were wrenched from their homeland of Wallachia and abandoned by their father to be raised in the Ottoman courts, Lada has known that being ruthless is the key to survival. She and Radu are doomed to act as pawns in a vicious game, an unseen sword hovering over their every move. For the lineage that makes them special also makes them targets.

Lada despises the Ottomans and bides her time, planning her vengeance for the day when she can return to Wallachia and claim her birthright. Radu longs only for a place where he feels safe. And when they meet Mehmed, the defiant and lonely son of the sultan, who’s expected to rule a nation, Radu feels that he’s made a true friend—and Lada wonders if she’s finally found someone worthy of her passion.

But Mehmed is heir to the very empire that Lada has sworn to fight against—and that Radu now considers home. Together, Lada, Radu, and Mehmed form a toxic triangle that strains the bonds of love and loyalty to the breaking point.

From New York Times bestselling author Kiersten White comes the first book in a dark, sweeping new series in which heads will roll, bodies will be impaled . . . and hearts will be broken.

In My Mailbox #215

I have been better this week. Well, I read two books at least. So that's better than no books :) And I finished commenting on other blogs. Still behind on some things, but less now. I hope to read more this upcoming week. As this week was also a bit stressful, with hospital a few days ago too. But now done with that as well. I'm just feeling a bit sad; that I can't watch The 100 season 3 yet. That I don't have an ARC of A Gathering of Shadows; and others. Just feeling a bit left out. Sad face. And then there were the new The Winner's Curse covers. My heart is breaking the most. I cannot deal with how ugly they are, and how they don't fit the story at all. I'm heartbroken. Yet the most happy about the teaser from the book. Eeek. I need The Winner's Kiss the most. <3 Didn't blog that much, but still some posts this week, so that's good :) I re-read the amazing The Falconer. <3 This week I'm waiting on Truthwitch :) And then I read the amazing The Vanishing Throne. <3 Loved it. Since I have so little space left, and I can't get more space, there will be less mail for me. Sobs. But still pre-ordering some books. <3 But there will be less. Unless I'm able to sell more of my older books. I'm trying, but it is veeeeery slow going. Breaks my heart. But I'm trying my best to get rid of a lot of books. Fingers crossed. What did you get this week?

The Scorpio Races Design. This gorgeous totebag is designed by Evie :D I love it the very most. Sniffs.
Winter. I was not supposed to get this. I had ordered international paperbacks. Ugh. It is so annoying.
The 100. Season 2. <3 Norway don't have it on blu-ray.. ugh. It means I must buy it from Amazon too :)
Bølgen. Norwegian movie. I actually enjoyed it a lot. And I want to re-watch it sometime, so I bought it.
Into the Woods. This was cheap, so I had to buy it, lol. Despite not loving it. Hmph. Would re-watch it.
Frozen. This new Frozen book is all kinds of adorable. I just had to have it. It is oh so cute. I love it.
The Falconer. Yay for US paperback :D It is so pretty. Sigh. I love this book a lot. Awesome and gorgeous.
Gorgeous swag. Thank you so much Wendy. <3 This swag is so pretty. I love it all lots :D So gorgeous.
Funko Pop's. Bill and Sookie from True Blood :D I'm happy about these. They are pretty. Glad I got them.
Six of Crows Design. These precious cards are designed by Evie :D I love the book and these cards a lot.

The Scorpio Races Design. Oh, my love! This rug is so precious. Thank you for designing Evie :D You are the best. And this rug is the most gorgeous. Getting this and the tote bag as cards too. <3 So so pretty.

Review: The Vanishing Throne by Elizabeth May

I have waited months for this book. And now I have finally gotten to read it :D Eeeek. This sequel was perfection. Sigh. I had so much love for it. The writing is gorgeous. The story is amazing. Yet so heartbreaking. I'm thrilled to say that I loved this book. I did, however, have a few small issues which gives it four stars.

But even at four stars this book was beyond amazing. I loved it lots. And I'm so glad I finally got the chance to read it. And that I didn't wait to read it either. Though, well, that cliffhanger ending killed me a little. Eeeek. It is so cruel. Yet so perfect. But now I'm dying to know when book three will be out. <3 And every detail.

I would like to mention that the covers for these books are beyond gorgeous. Both the US and the UK ones. This time I read the UK ones, as the other one isn't out yet, not until next summer. Ack. But I will be getting that lovely edition too, and I simply cannot wait. I love how amazing Aileana looks. And how beautiful she looks. And how amazing everything looks. And broken. How mean. I don't know how to talk about this book. I wish to share all the spoilery parts, lol. But I won't. Though I will share some things that happen early in the book, because I need to talk about them a bit. They are important things. And most heartbreaking things too. Sad face.

I love that this book is also from the point of view of Aileana. Whom I adore the most. Though I was also angry at her in this book a few times as well. Which breaks my heart a little. But at the same time, I didn't blame her for how she reacted to a few things, considering all she has been through. I just wish she had tried to care a bit more, to show forgiveness for pushing someone away. Hmm. But even so, I love Aileana. She's so strong and fierce and brave. And all that despite being broken in this one. Ack.

At the end of The Falconer, Aileana lost. She didn't close the prison. Instead all the fae are free. And she has been taken prisoner. And oh, it was awful. Because she was all alone. With Lonnrach for weeks. And it was bad. Yet it could have been so much worse, and I'm forever thankful that it wasn't that bad. Yet it was bad enough. As she got broken because of it. And.. because she has been in faery land for weeks, time has moved faster in her world. And it is so heartbreaking and yet amazing to read about. Loved it.

There is so much happening in this book. And I did love reading every moment of it. Though, the reason for the four star instead of five stars. I felt like I fell out of the story a few times. That I couldn't focus very well, because there were so much fighting all the time, and not enough talking with others. Yet this might just be my issue since I read this book while super stressful. I didn't like how Kam treated Kiaran. But even so, I had a few issues, yet I still loved this book lots. I will re-read it lots of times, I'm sure.

Because oh. This sequel was amazing. I loved reading more about the fae. How cruel they can be. How many people they murdered. How many cities were destroyed while Aileana was away. I liked it all. And we get to know more about Kiaran. Yaaay. This made me the most happy, lol. He's my favorite character. Sure, he was all kinds of bad before. Like really bad. Yet I loved him the most even so. I didn't care about his past. Though I loved reading about it. I just care about how amazing he is now. Which is a lot.

There are so many characters in this book. I'm not going to mention some of them, because spoilers. But I loved reading about lots of them. They were all pretty awesome. Well, okay, I disliked a lot of the characters. They were cruel. And mean. And I did not approve. Like David. I didn't like him one bit. How annoying. And oh, Sorcha. She was a pretty awesome villain. And I very much enjoyed reading about her. Except for that one part of her past. Hmph. I did not approve of that, lol. But still so interesting too.

I adored this book. I adored the romance between Aileana and Kiaran. It is swoony. Yet too little of it, which made me a bit heartbroken. Yet it also made me so happy, those few moments. So perfect. And we get to meet his sister. I was a bit unsure about her, but I think I loved her a lot. She was kind and sweet and I loved how she wanted to help Aileana so often. I just. I'm a bit sad that I didn't fully love this book at all times, yet I'm not too sad, because I did love it. It will always mean a lot to me. Hugs.

I think you all need to read these books. Because The Falconer and The Vanishing Throne are both unique and amazing and so well written. Elizabeth May is truly incredible. I love how she made up this world. So awesome. And I cannot wait to read more books by her. Now just dying for book three, though, lol. Because that ending was seriously mean. Hmph. I liked The Vanishing Throne a lot. It is such an incredible book. Full of action and romance and heartbreak. I loved it lots. You must all read this sequel.

TRUTHWITCH BY SUSAN DENNARD

Goodreads Description:

On a continent ruled by three empires, some are born with a “witchery”, a magical skill that sets them apart from others.

In the Witchlands, there are almost as many types of magic as there are ways to get in trouble—as two desperate young women know all too well.

Safiya is a Truthwitch, able to discern truth from lie. It’s a powerful magic that many would kill to have on their side, especially amongst the nobility to which Safi was born. So Safi must keep her gift hidden, lest she be used as a pawn in the struggle between empires.

Iseult, a Threadwitch, can see the invisible ties that bind and entangle the lives around her—but she cannot see the bonds that touch her own heart. Her unlikely friendship with Safi has taken her from life as an outcast into one of reckless adventure, where she is a cool, wary balance to Safi’s hotheaded impulsiveness.

Safi and Iseult just want to be free to live their own lives, but war is coming to the Witchlands. With the help of the cunning Prince Merik (a Windwitch and ship’s captain) and the hindrance of a Bloodwitch bent on revenge, the friends must fight emperors, princes, and mercenaries alike, who will stop at nothing to get their hands on a Truthwitch.

Book Recommendation: The Falconer by Elizabeth May

Ever since I first read this book in April last year I have wanted to re-read it. Yet I would not let myself until I could read the sequel as well, which I can finally do now. Because oh my. The ending of The Falconer is the cruelest cliffhanger. Which I adore so much. I loved re-reading this book. I was nervous about it, because I feared I wouldn't love it just as much as the first time I read it. But I did. And I might have loved it more. Sigh. This book is amazing. And such a fast read too. I couldn't put it down.

I do not know what to say about it, though. My mind is going a bit blank. I'm busy remembering that evil ending, lol. But I will think of something. Like those gorgeous covers. They are stunning. This time I read the UK paperback, and I adore it. Fits so well with the plot. And oh, I must mention that I adore the author. Elizabeth is all kinds of kind and amazing and awesome. I simply cannot wait to read more books by her. She's the best. I'm so glad that I get to read The Vanishing Throne tomorrow. So excited to start.

There is so much about this book that I love. I love that it is told from the point of view of Aileana. She is fierce. And amazing. I loved how she wanted vengeance after her mom got murdered by a faery a year ago. I love how she trained to kill them, how none of her friends know about it. I love how she fights. How angry she is. Though I love that she gets more soft near the end of the book. I just loved her the most. She's brave and sweet and kind and fierce. Also, her dad is the worst. I did not like him.

I adored getting to know Aileana's few friends. Like the very lovely Catherine. I hope there is more of her in the sequel. I thought she was an awesome friend. And I want to know more about her, please. She also has a brother, Gavin. They were all great friends. Some things happen. It may seem like a love triangle will form, but it does not, not even one bit. So I'm not worried about that in the next book. Okay, a little worried, but trying not to be. I did like Gavin a lot too. He was a great friend as well.

Then there was that very cute and tiny pixie, Derrick. Whom lives in Aileana's dressing room. He was all kinds of adorable. I love his love for honey. I adore their friendship, and how he wishes to protect her. He was pretty sweet. I just, I liked reading about Aileana's life. The time the book is set in, with so much historical things, like being improper and getting ruined. It was fun to read about. I loved it lots. Though hated how some talked about her. Hmph. Not okay. Mostly I just love this book a lot. So good.

I close my eyes and - just this once, in my ill state - I allow myself to briefly take comfort in his touch, the way his fingertips linger along my spine. I begin to understand why people seek intimacy, why they long for it. Why it compels them to forget every awful, destructive memory they've ever had.

There is this other boy. Kiaran. And I adore reading about him. He is a faery. And more than two thousand years old. Ack. Yet he is the cutest. And I ship him and Aileana the most. Though he has a lot of secrets. And he's not good at sharing them. And he can be a bit mean sometimes, yet also charming. I adored him the most. And I loved their friendship. And seeing her fall for him. It was so cute. They have been fighting together for a year. And I loved that. They fit together so well. Sigh. I love it lots.

The Falconer is all kinds of exciting. And I'm not sure how else to describe it. There is a lot of killing of faeries. And I loved it a lot. It was thrilling to read about. I loved getting to know Aileana so much. She's the best. And I loved her relationship with everyone around her. Except with her dad. Hmph. I'm worried how that will work out in the sequel. I hope he will be better. Fingers crossed for that. I loved how this book is in the past, yet not the past as I know it. I just adored the steampunk of it. It was so well done.

There is so much about this book. And I could probably write a lot more about it. But I will not. I just wish to say that I adored it so much. And I'm so glad that I re-read it. Because The Falconer is amazing. Such a stunning book. Small romance, yet so perfect. There are faeries. They are awesome and brutal. I loved reading every moment of this book. And I simply cannot wait to read more about these characters. Yet I'm worried. Eeek. But the most excited too. Have you read this precious book yet? If not, you must.
